I bought these shoes to go with an outfit that a Slovenian designer, Stanka Blatnik, created for me when I was nominated for the Slovenian Woman of the Year in 2007. These are the shoes with the highest heels that I own (12 cm) and during the entire red carpet ceremony I survived in them surprisingly comfortably. When I was photographed with the giant Slovenian president, my shoes made me was nearly as tall as him.
